Are you a credit repair company that uses Dispute Suite and have had data misplaced / lost / stolen?
If so, did you report the data loss to the law, your staff, your referral partners, and/or your clients?
Birthdates, social security numbers, addresses, utility bills, bank statements, billing information .... and not just the data.... Images of DL’s, SS cards, credit bureau dispute letters to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion, results from bureaus, etc...
Where did it go? Why was it misplaced? Why weren't the proper authorities notified of such a major breach of ID data loss?
